Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy are effective as of June 19, 2026. They apply to site use, purchases, subscriptions, renewals, shipments, and communications made on or after this date unless otherwise stated.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before ordering. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Unless otherwise stated, updated terms apply to future site use, future purchases, future renewals, and future shipments, and the most current version will take precedence over any earlier version.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, other errors, or omissions on this website. We may provide links to outside websites, but we do not control their policies; please review those policies before proceeding.

Digital Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions are non-refundable. If you sign up for an automatic recurring subscription payment, you are responsible for cancelling it before the next scheduled payment is charged. Cancellations must be completed before the payment is processed; otherwise, the charge will not be refunded. To cancel, use the cancellation method available through your payment provider or contact us at belleinspiration@gmail.com before the next billing date.

Your private access link and password will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 48 hours of ordering. Please keep this information private.

You are responsible for ensuring that your email account can receive messages and access details from Belle Inspiration/Inspired Ink Media, including by checking spam or junk folders and adding us to your safe-sender list if needed. We are not responsible if you do not receive emails because of email settings, filters, incorrect email information, or email provider restrictions.

Service Interruptions

Special Offers, Gifts, Discounts, and Mailed Items

For any mailings, special offers, gifts, discounts, or items offered to magazine subscribers, please allow up to 6 weeks for shipped items to arrive. Items will be shipped to the address used when ordering; notify us if a different address is needed.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be set up on a case-by-case basis. If any payment is missed or late, all BOX shipments will be suspended until the payment is made and the account is current. Late or missed payments may delay the shipment schedule and do not extend, discount, or refund the membership unless otherwise agreed in writing.
