Membership packages generally ship the third & fourth week of each month. If your order is received after the 12th of the month, please expect your first package to ship the following month. In the event a BOX order is shipped late by us for any reason we are not liable for any refunds and/or reduction in price.
Each BOX is sent regular post via La Poste with a tracking number that will be emailed to you. Delivery will not require a signature so the postal address you give us when ordering must be able to receive packages. You are responsible for any of your destination country's fees, customs, or taxes that may due upon receipt. If you prefer priority or expedited shipping please note when ordering and the additional charges will be invoiced to you via PayPal.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped; including delays broken or lost packages. We are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped; including delays, broken or lost packages. No refunds will be due in any of these events. If this is a problem, please notify us regarding priority shipping options.
If you do not receive your BOX within 15 days from shipping notification email it is your responsibility to notify us so we can work together to find your BOX. All inquiries on delivery should be directed to your local post office/service using the tracking info emailed to you. We will check with LaPoste on our end.
